These Park Policies are to ensure a positive experience for all guests. Your receipt of these Park Policies, in person and/or as an attachment to an emailed reservation confirmation, implies that you have read and agree to abide by any and all listed Policies. Violation of any policy may result in a request for you to vacate the Park.

• Park facilities are to be used at your own risk. Bonnie & Clyde’s Cool Pines RV Park, its owner, management & staff are not responsible for loss, damage or claims for damage to camper’s property due to fire, flood, wind, theft, accident or other causes. We assume no responsibility for personal injuries. Furthermore, to the extent that you or those in your party use or abuse the property in an irresponsible manner, you agree that you will be liable for any damage caused to the property and/or other campers/guests as a result of those actions.

• If any guest observes a violation do not police it on your own. You are required to bring it to the attention of the staff who will in turn handle it with management.

• Management reserves the right to adjust site/cabin #’s to accommodate the park’s needs at any time.

• The security deposit must be paid within 24 hours of the reservation being made or it will be canceled.

• If a reservation is for only a one-night stay it must be prepaid.

• If a reservation is canceled within 14 days for any reason the security deposit/prepaid amount will be forfeited. The security deposit will be held as a credit that may be used within one-year for a new reservation.

• If a reservation is shortened after arrival you are still responsible for the charges for the entire reservation. If any dates are changed, the site may also be changed depending on availability.

• Holidays require a minimum 3-night reservation.

• Methods of payment accepted are cash/check/credit card for nightly/weekly/monthly/meter charges. Cash is required in exchange for quarters for laundry machine use and entry into the park’s special events.

• Check-in time is 1pm.  Check-out time is Noon.  Last check-in time is at Dark.

• Prices are for 1 RV per site based on 4 guests + 2 dogs + 1 vehicle parked on your site. Additional guests/pets/trailers/vehicles/power sports will have fees added per night.

• Cabins have a 2-person limit with no pets and require a 2-night reservation; 3-nights for holidays. The cleaning fee for each cabin must be collected in cash due at check-in.

• Quiet hours are 10pm – 8am. This also applies to all exterior lights that are not built into your camper by the manufacturer. Any hanging or ground lighting installed at sites needs to be off by 10pm.

• The park provides complimentary shared Wi-Fi. If any guest uses too much bandwidth they will be blocked.

• Our posted 5-mph speed limit does more than keep dust to a minimum; it keeps campers, children, guests, and pets safe.

• Please respect other guests' sites and do not walk through them with or without pets, move their belongings or unplug any of their electrical plugs or adjust timers or remove hoses.

• No firewood or charcoal burning or fireworks allowed. Propane grills/griddles/screened propane fire-pits only and subject to change per management. 

• The Activity Center is open to all guests and may be reserved for private use. That request must be made in the office at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability on a first-come first-serve basis.

• No tent camping is allowed.

• Quiet dogs are welcome, as long as they are on a leash, cleaned up after and are in the control of their owners at all times. Pickup bags are free in the office and the dog park. No pets are allowed inside the Activity Center, Office, Bathroom and Laundry Room.

• All sites must be kept organized and clean during your stay and left in the same or better condition at check-out.

• No auto repair, oil changes, vehicle maintenance or washing of RVs or vehicles on park property.

• We allow packages to be delivered to the park address. Guests are responsible for the timely retrieval of their packages from the office porch and/or plastic storage bin beside the porch. The staff is not responsible for delivering packages or if packages go missing or get damaged due to weather.

• We reserve the right to add/modify/change our Park Policies at any time for the safety of our park and its guests and owners and management.
