*A $100 security deposit is required to hold ALL reservations that are 2 nights or longer.

If the reservation is only night then it must be pre-paid.

Winter Rate (Nov-Feb) $50 + tax

Summer Rate (Mar-Oct) $58 + tax

RV Site Weekly

Winter Rate (Nov-Feb) $250 + tax

Summer Rate (Mar-Oct) $300 + tax

RV Site Monthly

Winter Rate (Nov-Feb) $550 + metered electric

Summer Rate (Mar-Oct) $625 + metered electric

RV Site Permanent

$525 per month + metered electric with signed 12-month contract

Cabins

$95/Night...$500/Week...$50 Cleaning Fee per Stay

Minimum 3-night stay

No Pets Allowed in Cabins

Stay 3 weeks & the 4th week is Free!

No Electric or Propane charged

**If any reservation is cancelled within 14 days or less, the

security deposit/pre-paid amount will be forfeited.

changed depending on availability.
